Integrated massage therapy uses various massage techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, cupping, shiatsu, sports massage, gua sha, etc., to customize the session to the client each and every time.
The integrated massage technique is based on the idea that not just one massage type is right for every person or can solve every problem. That is why through using a variety of techniques every individual problem of the body can be targeted and addressed with its own approach, producing optimal results.
Our 60-minute integrated massage is problem area focused, meaning the therapist will only focus on key problem areas such as neck, back and shoulders. Our 90-minute sessions are full-body.
