Therapeutic massage is a hands on, manual manipulation of muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments to enhance a person's health and well-being. This integrative massage therapy is customized according to what the client needs. This type of therapy can reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness.
Our therapeutic massage technique is based on the idea that not just one massage type is right for every person or can solve every problem. That is why through using a variety of techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, sports massage, gua sha, etc.), every individual problem of the body can be targeted and addressed with its own approach, producing optimal results.
Our 60-minute therapeutic massage are typically problem area focused. This means the therapist will focus on key problem areas such as neck, back and shoulders. Our 90-minute sessions can allow for extended time on problem areas or full-body.
