Metta Relaxation Co. is a therapeutic healing practice designed to help clients achieve true relaxation, reduce stress, and improve their overall health. The only practice in the Lehigh Valley to offer float therapy, Metta also provides reflexology, shiatsu, hydromassage, vacutherapy, and steam therapy—all facilitated by highly skilled professional therapists.

Metta, which means "loving kindness" in Pali, takes the work out of relaxation by cultivating authentic relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs, and ensuring that they receive the highest standard of service. Incorporating ancient therapeutic disciplines with proven health benefits, Metta helps clients prioritize self-care and better cope with stress in all areas of life.
