Pricing & Policies Gift certificates: Our gift certificates are a popular gift for both men and women. They can be used towards any of our services, but not for gratuity. Gift certificates can be purchased online and emailed to the recipient.
Please call if you have any questions or need assistance purchasing a gift card or service. We are always here to help you with your relaxation. Gift cards are not refundable, but they are sharable!
Reservations: Reservations are necessary, as we don’t always have float rooms and/or therapists available for walk-in guests. We invite you to call our guest services at 610-419-2044 to book your appointment, or to ask any questions. Online reservations require a credit card guarantee. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
Cancellation and late arrival: At Metta, all appointments are by reservation only. Cancellations and changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid being charged, as that appointment time could have filled by someone on our waiting list.
Please arrive at least 15 min early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment, as we can not adversely affect other customers. No shows will be charged for their service(s).
Groups & parties: Parties of five or more are welcome at Metta. There is a 72 hour cancellation or change policy for group reservations. Our guest services will assist with planning and booking your party.
Cell phones: Cell phones must be turned off before entering Metta Relaxation Co.
Payments & pricing: We accept all major credit cards and cash. We also sell gift certificates for pre-payment convenience.
