I try to reschedule my appointment, had a family emergency and was told there is a 24 hours notice or there will be a 65 fee. I'm business owner myself so I totally agree with cancellation fees but it's also about being flexible with your customers. I did not reschedule and was charged the 65 cancellation fee and I would never recommend the company aagain. I live local and love doing business with local people but if this is the way they treat their customers , I wish them good luck moving the business forward. Leave a Reply. |
